Terms of Service
This document (the "Terms") is the official offer by Praxis agency (the "Agency", "we", "us") to enter into a service agreement on the conditions set out below. These Terms apply to praxisagencies.com and related subdomains.
Using the site, submitting a request, or filling out a brief does not automatically constitute a contract — it is an expression of intent to discuss potential collaboration. The contract is signed separately, in writing, after the scope, timeline, and price are agreed.
1. Services
Praxis specializes in:
- designing and implementing AI automation for business processes;
- developing mobile and web applications (Fake Door, MVP, production);
- UX/UI design;
- integrating third-party services, CRMs, POS systems, and messengers;
- post-release support and maintenance of delivered solutions.
The specific list and conditions of services are defined individually after the free brief and recorded in a separate contract.
2. Brief and submission
Submitting a contact form or brief on the site is free and creates no obligation on either side. Within 1-2 business days we will reach out to clarify details and either propose a collaboration option or let you know we can't take on the project.
We reserve the right to decline discussing a project without explanation, including when the request conflicts with the Agency's ethics or applicable law.
3. Pricing
Final pricing is agreed individually and recorded in the contract. Indicative pricing published on the site is informational and may be refined after we review your task.
The final price stated in the contract does not change during its term, except for scope expansions requested by the client, which are recorded in a separate addendum.
4. Intellectual property
All materials on the Praxis site (text, images, design, video) are the intellectual property of the Agency or used with rights-holder permission. Copying, distribution, or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.
Deliverables for a specific engagement (source code, design files, documentation) are transferred to the client in full upon full payment per the contract terms. Ownership of the developed solutions passes to the client.
5. Timelines and obligations
Specific timelines are agreed individually and recorded in the contract. Timelines mentioned on the site ("MVP in 4 weeks", "Audit in 3 days") are typical benchmarks for standard projects and may vary depending on task complexity.
6. Limitation of liability
The Agency is not liable for:
- business outcomes the client derives from data produced using the solution we deliver;
- the availability of third-party services and APIs the solution depends on (within the guarantees provided by those vendors);
- unauthorized access to the client's data caused by factors unrelated to Agency conduct.
The client is responsible for the accuracy of data provided to us, for meeting legal requirements in their industry, and for processing the personal data of the end users of the delivered solutions.
7. Confidentiality
Before discussing the project we sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) using your template or ours. Information obtained during the work is not disclosed and is not used in marketing materials without your written consent.
For details on how we process site visitor personal data, see the Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
The relationship between the Agency and the client is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes not resolved through negotiation are settled in the manner prescribed by law.
9. Changes to the Terms
The Agency reserves the right to update these Terms unilaterally. The current version is always available on this page with the effective date noted.
