Public offer
This document (the «Offer») is an official public offer by the agency Praxis (hereinafter the «Agency», «we») to enter into a paid services agreement on the terms set out below. The Offer applies to the site praxisagencies.com and its related subdomains.
Using the site, sending a request or filling in the brief does not automatically create a contract, it is a statement of intent discuss possible cooperation. The contract is concluded separately, in writing, once scope, timing and cost are agreed.
1. Agency services
Praxis Agency specialises in:
- design and rollout of AI business process automation;
- mobile and web app development (Fake Door, MVP, production);
- user interface design and UX architecture;
- integration of external services, CRM, POS hardware and messengers;
- maintenance and support of the solutions after release.
The exact scope and terms of service are defined individually after the free brief and agreed in a separate contract.
2. Brief and request
Filling in the request form or the brief on the site is free and commits neither side to anything. Within 1-2 business days of submission we contact you to clarify the details and either propose a way of working together or tell you we will not take the project on.
We reserve the right to decline a project discussion without explanation, including where the content of a request conflicts with the agency's ethics or with the law.
3. Pricing
The final cost of the work is agreed individually and fixed in the contract. The indicative prices published on the site are for reference and may be refined once we have studied your task.
The final price agreed in the contract does not change during its term, except where the client initiates an expansion of scope, which is formalised in a separate addendum.
