A daily podcast was burning the author out, and editing ate his voice.

What we automated

We built a pipeline that makes the whole episode, from news to publication.

Voice clone
We cloned both voices (host and co-host) from 30-minute recordings. In a blind test 8 out of 10 could not tell the clone apart.
N8N + CLAUDE
News and script
It collects news from 22 sources with deduplication and writes a script in the author's style, trained on 200 past episodes.
AUTO-PRODUCTION
Voiceover and publishing
It mixes the episode with a jingle and a cover and publishes it to Apple Podcasts, Spotify and the rest itself.

First we cloned the voices

We recorded samples and trained clones of both hosts.

30-minute recordings in one studio, 3 days.
