This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes what personal data Praxis agency (the "Agency", "we", "us") collects through the website praxisagencies.com and related subdomains and pages, how we process, store, and protect it.
By using the site and submitting a request through any form, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site's forms.
1. What data we collect
When you fill out our contact or brief forms, we collect:
- Your name
- Email address
- Telegram username or WhatsApp number (optional)
- Your message, project description, or brief answers
- Technical metadata: submission page, date and time, browser and device type (User-Agent)
We do not collect passport data, banking information, geolocation, or other sensitive categories of personal data.
2. Purposes of processing
Your data is used solely to:
- respond to your request and reach you on the contacts you provided;
- prepare a proposal and discuss the project;
- analyze request quality internally (aggregated, no identification);
- meet legal requirements.
We do not use your data for marketing emails without separate consent, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Where and how we store data
Submissions are stored in Google Cloud Firestore in the European Union region (europe-west). Only Praxis team members involved in handling the submission have access.
New submission alerts are sent to a private Praxis team Telegram chat via a private bot. The bot does not publish your data in any group or channel.
4. Retention period
Submission data is retained while you remain our client, or until we receive a written deletion request from you. By default, inactive submissions are deleted 24 months after the last contact.
5. Third-party transfers
We do not sell, share for marketing, or publish your data. The only data transfers outside our systems are to:
- Google LLC (Firebase, Google Cloud Platform) — storage infrastructure provider;
- Telegram Messenger Inc. — to deliver internal team notifications via a private channel.
Both companies maintain their own privacy policies that ensure data protection aligned with international standards (GDPR and equivalents).
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- obtain information about the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction, restriction, or deletion of your data;
- withdraw consent for processing at any time.
To exercise these rights, email us at managers@praxisagencies.com with the subject "Personal data request". We respond within 30 calendar days.
7. Cookies and analytics
The site uses a minimal set of technical cookies required for the mode switcher to work and to remember your choice across pages. We do not use third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or personal profile analytics.
8. Security
Data transfer between your browser and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS, TLS 1.3). Database access is restricted by security rules and granted only to identified Praxis team members. We regularly review our security posture and update the libraries we use.
9. Policy changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with the last-updated date at the top. We announce material changes in advance on the homepage.
