Privacy policy
This Privacy Policy (the «Policy») describes what personal data is collected by the agency Praxis (hereinafter «we», «Praxis», the «Agency») through the site praxisagencies.com and its related subdomains and pages, how we process, store and protect it.
By using the site and submitting a request through any of the forms you confirm that you have read and agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site forms.
1. What data we collect
When you fill in a feedback form or the brief we collect:
- Your name
- Email address
- Telegram username or WhatsApp number (optional)
- The message text, the task description, the answers in the brief
- Technical metadata: the page it was sent from, date and time, browser and device type (User-Agent)
We do not collect passport details, banking information, geolocation or other sensitive categories of personal data.
2. Purpose of processing
The data is used solely for:
- replying to your request and contacting you through the details you provided;
- preparing a commercial proposal and discussing the project;
- internal analytics on request quality (aggregated, without identification);
- compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
We do not use your data for marketing mailings without separate consent and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Where and how we store data
Requests are stored in a cloud database Google Cloud Firestore in the European Union region (europe-west). Only Praxis employees involved in handling the request have access to the data.
A notification about a new request goes to a protected Telegram chat of the Praxis team through a private bot. The bot itself never publishes your data in any group or channel.
4. Retention periods
Request data is stored for as long as you remain our client, or until we receive a written deletion request from you. By default inactive requests are deleted 24 months after the last contact.
5. Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell, share for marketing purposes or publish your data. The only transfer beyond our systems is:
- Google LLC (Firebase, Google Cloud Platform) as a storage infrastructure provider;
- Telegram Messenger Inc. to pass the notification to the team through a private channel.
Both companies have their own privacy policies providing data protection in line with international standards (GDPR and equivalents).
6. Your rights
Under Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» you have the right to:
- find out what personal data of yours we hold;
- require your data to be corrected, restricted or deleted;
- withdraw your consent to processing at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to us at managers@praxisagencies.com with the subject «Personal data request». We reply within 30 calendar days.
7. Cookies and analytics
The site uses a minimal set of technical cookies needed for the mode switcher to work and to remember your choice between pages. We also use Google Analytics 4: it collects anonymised visit statistics, which pages people open, which devices and sources they come from. This tells us what works on the site and what does not. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and sends data to Google LLC; IP addresses are truncated and not stored. We run no ad pixels, no remarketing and no profiling. You can switch statistics collection off in your browser settings by blocking cookies, or with the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on.
8. Security
Traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS, TLS 1.3). Access to the database is closed by security rules and granted only to identified Praxis employees. We review the level of protection regularly and update the libraries we use.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the last change at the top. Material changes are announced in advance on the site home page.
