How is this different from “bot in a day” agencies?
We build processes of 20-50 steps with AI checks and branching, not primitive chatbots. Deep integration with CRM, POS and messengers. We calculate payback before the start and reconcile it after 30 days.
What can we automate first?
The most expensive by time: CRM requests, bookings, reporting, AI calls. After the audit we give you a concrete list with the payback for each process.
What if automation does not pay off?
We calculate payback before the work starts. After 30 days we reconcile the calculation against the facts. A gap > 30% and we rebuild at our own cost or refund 50%. It is in the contract.
Who owns the code after the rollout?
We hand over the code by acceptance certificate, together with documentation. Your IT team or any n8n engineer can maintain it. No vendor lock-in.
Is it safe to share our data?
The solution runs on your server (your cloud of choice). Personal data is not passed to third parties. We sign an NDA before discussing your processes.
What does support after release include?
A 30-minute call, no strings attached. We find which processes eat the most time and size up the potential: whether a full audit is worth it.
